Hi,
I needed to know a couple of things which I think will be useful to others as well –
a.Can a Civil Services aspirant from Bihar apply for other state civil services posts, say MPPSC, Rajasthan PSC and etc.?
b.Would the criteria of evaluation be different for an outsider applicant?
c.Would there be limited seats for outsiders?
d.Are the syllabus and exam pattern very different for these services?
I will appreciate if you can provide any other practical suggestion.
